PII, as described in US privacy law and information security, is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person, or to identify an individual in context. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, phone number, credit card information, or other details to ameliorate your experience. We collect information from you when you register on our site, subscribe to a newsletter, fill out a form, or enter information on our site.
We may use the information we collect from you when you register, make a purchase, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication, navigate the website, or use certain other site features. Information that we collect from our users, including PII, is considered to be a business asset. We may sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties any user’s name, address, email, or phone number. We may engage third party service providers to work with us to administer and provide services. We cooperate with government and law enforcement officials or private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We may isclose any information about users that is in our possession or control to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate.
Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third-party products or services on our website. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.
We collect your email address in order to respond to inquiries, process orders, send information and updates pertaining to orders, send additional information related to your product and/or service, and market to our mailing list or continue to send emails to our clients after the original transaction has occurred. We do not use false or misleading subjects or email addresses. Advertisements via email are identified as such in a reasonable way. Our physical business address is included in every email, and opt-out/unsubscribe links will be present at the bottom of each email should you no longer wish to receive marketing emails from us. All third-party email marketing services used by us are monitored for compliance.
Do Not Track Signals

COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)
When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under the age of 13 years old, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children’s privacy and safety online. We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old.
